Clear and Fair Delivery Information
We are committed to transparency with our delivery charges. That’s why we offer a delivery service that is fast, simple, and always provides excellent value.
- Free Delivery on orders over £350.
- For orders under £350, delivery costs just £50.
Please note, all deliveries are made on pallets and will be dropped off at the kerbside. This means they won’t be delivered directly to your front door or driveway. Our delivery drivers are not insured to enter your property, unpack pallets, or handle the goods.
If you live in a remote or island postcode there will be a additional delivery charge:
£65 – Remote Postcodes:
FK20-21, G83-84, PA21-38, PH33, PH36-41, PH49-50, TR17-26, AB, IV0-39, IV63, KW1-14, PH19-32, PH34-35
£100 – Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish islands:
HS, IV40-56, PA20, PA40+, PH42-44, KA27-28,ZE, KW15-17, PO30-41, GY, IM, JE
Damaged/ Incorrect Tiles Information
If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Simply email us at sales@libertytb.co.uk with photos of all the damaged tiles. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and send replacements if needed. We’re here to make things right!
To send out replacements, we first need to receive your claim for damages and the accompanying photos via email. Once we have everything, we’ll get your replacements dispatched as soon as possible. Thanks for your understanding!
Returns Process Information
If you change your mind, that is okay. You can return your full order to us within 7 days of delivery, as long as packaging is unopened and tiles are unused. Please understand, that you’ll need to arrange delivery back to our warehouse and we can’t cover the cost of this. For further information, please get in contact with us either through phone, email or contact form.
Access Issues
Restricted Access Areas: If your property is in an area with restricted access (such as narrow lanes, steep hills, or gated communities), please inform us in advance. This helps us plan and ensure the delivery truck can reach your location.
Kerbside Delivery: As mentioned, our tiles are delivered on pallets and will be dropped off at the kerbside. Unfortunately, our delivery drivers are not insured to bring the pallets onto your property, driveway, or to your front door.
On Delivery Day: Make sure the delivery area is clear and accessible. If possible, arrange for someone to be present to receive the tiles and assist with moving them to your preferred location.
Special Instructions: If there are any specific instructions or access codes needed for your delivery, please let us know when placing your order.

Choose Your Convenient Delivery Date
We strive to make your delivery experience as convenient as possible. Here’s how you can choose a delivery date that works best for you:
- Weekday Deliveries: During the checkout process, you’ll have the option to select a weekday for your delivery. This allows you to choose a day that fits your schedule. Please note that we do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.
- Advance Scheduling: If you need to schedule your delivery well in advance, that’s no problem! Just let us know your preferred date during checkout.
- Confirmation: Once your order is placed, we will confirm your chosen delivery date via email. This way, you can be assured that your delivery is scheduled according to your preference.
* Although we work hard to meet your preferred delivery date, we cannot guarantee it. We recommend waiting to book any tradespeople until you have received and checked your order.
Deliveries are generally made between 8 AM and 6 PM. We’re unable to offer specific time slots, but our drivers will attempt to call you about one hour before arrival, when possible and safe.
