How can I place an order?

Placing an order is simple! Browse our online catalog, select the tiles you want, choose the quantity, and add them to your cart. Be sure to add an extra 10% to account for waste and cuts! Our website will automatically calculate the number of boxes you need and round up to the nearest full box. At checkout, you can select a convenient delivery date for your order.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened and undamaged boxes of tiles. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How much tile do I need to order?

To determine the amount of tile you need, measure the length and width of the area you plan to tile. Multiply these dimensions to get the square footage. We recommend ordering an additional 10-15% to account for cuts and breakages.

What are your shipping options and costs?

Delivery to most mainland UK postcodes is free for orders over £500. For orders under £500, there is a delivery fee of £50. If you reside in a remote or island postcode, additional delivery charges may apply. Please refer to our delivery page for more details.

Kerbside delivery?

Kerbside delivery means that your order will be delivered to the nearest accessible point to your property, usually the pavement or driveway but at the drivers discretion. The delivery team will not carry the items inside your home.

What if I need help moving the tiles inside my home?

If you need assistance moving the tiles inside your home, consider arranging for help in advance, such as hiring a local moving service or asking friends or family for assistance. Unfortunately, our delivery team is only authorized to perform kerbside delivery.

What happens if my tile order is damaged?

If your tile order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. Provide photographs of the damaged items. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible. It’s important to report any damage within 48 hours of receiving your delivery to ensure a swift resolution.
